- 12" average up to 25" diameter of harvested Nordic,(Karelian) Polar Pine or Scotch Pine (above 12" extra)
- Graded round or square logs to 12" diameter,spruce flat both sides
- Kiln dried, Scandinavian logs which eliminate all shrinkage or air dried spruce logs
- Hand peeled and polished logs throughout your home
- Purlins and top wall logs flattened to accept metal roofing material of any colour
- Archways and log ends, curled and chamfered
- Construction of a hand crafted log home shell, according to log home plans selected
- Crane required for reassembly of log home shell and roof
- Log beams and log floor joists for second floor
- Tension springs for thru-bolts
- Limited life time warranty on kiln dried logs
- Two year warranty on air dried spruce
- Kitchen complete with all fixtures and energy efficient appliances
- Kitchen counters with silestone, quartz or marble counter tops
- Bathrooms complete with all fixtures and ceramic tiles
- Hardwood oak or hickory floors
- Softub 220 Hot Tub depending on contract
- All lighting fixtures with energy efficient Halogen lights
- E-thermal pane windows built on 12" fir shadow boxes

- Interior half cut log stairs fully assembled as per selected floor plans

- Set of exterior half cut log stairs or wheel chair access for front entrance
- Exterior decks, rails and over hangs as per drawings
- Unfinished basement or foundation at no extra cost
- Windows and entry doors installed pending per contract
- Insulated garage doors with two remotes (Finland)
- City hook ups from the street within a distance limit
Not Included in the log package:
- Any Permits, taxes, duties, brokerage fees and Engineering/Blueprints
- Does not include septic systems or drilling of a well (Costs extra)
